Indonesia's geographical location on the Pacific Ring of Fire means that the country is often hit by natural disasters such as earthquakes. For example, the earthquake in Yogyakarta in 2006 resulted in many victims and damage to buildings. Therefore, this research is used to calculate the level of building vulnerability using microtremor tools. The method used is the Floor Spectrum Ratio (FSR) method. The data obtained are the natural frequency value (f0), the building resonance index value (R), and the building vulnerability index (Kb). This research was conducted at the Applied Undergraduate Building, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universitas Islam Indonesia. The results obtained from this research are the average natural frequency value of 1.11 Hz, the building resonance value of 14.34% which is categorized as high, and the building vulnerability index of 16.14 m/s2 which is categorized as safe. Based on these values, the FBE UII Applied Undergraduate Building is included in the safe category. Comparative data is used to determine the durability of building structures in the aspect of building age which shows that both buildings were built in 2002. The secondary data in this research is the UII Faculty of Industrial Technology Building. The comparison obtained shows that the FTI UII Building has a higher vulnerability value because the basement floor is categorized as unsafe with a building vulnerability value of 127.81 m/s2 .en_US
