    Abstract
    Ahmad Yani Street Cilegon is one of the main accesses in Cilegon that has a fairly high traffic flow in Cilegon city. There is non-signal intersection which is used as median opening causing traffic density. This research was conducted to find out the intersection performance, value of delay and queue length. Planning of turning facilities using Pedoman Peraturan Mentri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia (PM 96 2015). Data analysis is done using VISSIM software. The result of analysis on existing condition at west section showed the value of queue length is 48,38 meters, delay is 28,27 seconds and speed is 28,98 km/h, at east section showed the value of queue length is 39,16 meters and delay is 17,23 seconds and speed is 24,47 km/h, at south section showed the value of queue length is 5,86 meters, delay is 6,14 seconds and speed is 20,37 km/h. Alternative proposal I at west section showed the value of queue length is 11,08 meters and delay is 5,05 seconds, at east section showed the value of queue length is 12,59 meter and delay is 5,56 seconds, at south section showed the value of queue length is 1,09 meters and delay is 1,30 seconds. Alternative proposal II at west section showed the value of queue length is 17,41 meters and delay is 3,25 seconds, at east section showed the value of queue length is 31,52 meter and delay is 11,86 seconds, at south section showed the value of queue length is 7,88 meters and delay is 8,03 seconds.
