    Abstract
    Manpower is one of the factors that have an important role in the success of a construction project. The workforce itself is closely related to the cost and time of a construction project which can be controlled in the budget plan (BOQ) and the Time Schedule. This BOQ estimate really needs to be used to calculate the income and expenses of the contractor and related parties for the smooth implementation of the project. The estimation calculation from the interview will be changed again using the coefficients that the authors have calculated with the data obtained through direct surveys during the AC-WC work by the authors. The calculation of the coefficient of the workers and foreman is calculated from the weight and effective working time of the workers and foremen of the AC-WC work per day from the beginning of the implementation of the AC-WC work until the end of the AC-WC work. The direct field survey in this project also found data on the time required for this AC WC work. The results showed that AC-WC work with a width of 7-7.5 m, a length of 3,150 km, a thickness of 4 cm, a slope of 2%, a volume of 2.153,01 tons, requires an implementation cost of Rp. IDR 2.323.097.790,00. If excluding overhead and profit, is Rp 2.020.084.860,70. AC WC work with these specifications also requires execution time of 6 days with a total time of 37 hours 35 minutes 24 seconds.
