Natural disasters are events that can cause damage in various fields, one of which is the disruption of the function of transportation infrastructure. The earthquake, tsunami, and liquefaction in Palu, Sigi, and Donggla at the end of 2018 destroyed various community connectivity facilities. Therefore, continuous rehabilitation and reconstruction activities are required to restore service functions immediately. This paper will describe a series of planning and implementation of rehabilitation and reconstruction in the liquefaction area. The writing method describes action research in post-disaster road rehabilitation and reconstruction design activities. The research results from time to time, between "finding" at the time of research and "action learning" with an action research approach, show an inline link between theory and practice implemented in disaster management.en_US
