In a construction project, resource management is one of the main challenges. Inappropriate use of resources results in increased costs, loss of profit margins, project quality, and decreased timeliness of completion. Thus, resource allocation planning is needed to work effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the distribution of the labor with the resource levelling method. The data was used in the form of work items, relationships between jobs, duration of work, and time schedule on the Santa Maria Penolong Abadi Catholic Church, Samarinda, East Kalimantan construction project. The data obtained were then analyzed in Microsoft Project 2016 using the resource levelling method with the auto schedule and manual schedule. The initial plan was 210 days with a maximum labor capacity of 52 workers, 25 expert, 4 chief expert, and 5 foremen. After replanning the labor needs equally using resource levelling, the auto schedule required a duration of 240 days with an additional 30 days from the initial plan and human resources decreased to 45 workers, 21 expert, 4 chief expert, and 4 foreman. Meanwhile, resource levelling with a manual schedule did not change the initial plan's duration, which was 210 days and human resources increased to 52 workers, as well as decreased to 25 expert, 4 chief expert, and 4 foremen.en_US
