dc.description.abstractAccording to data from Serang regency Statistics agency, the population in the Serang regency area has increased by 6,67%. One of the sub-districts in Serang, Bandung, has an increase in the population of about 1% annually, which means that the need for raw water every year will continue to grow. This study aims to determine the estimation of river water discharge and the magnitude of the flagship discharge on the Ciujung River by using SWAT modeling. The stages of making SWAT models are carried out with 4 stages, namely watershed deliniation based on outlets, the formation of HRU, model simulation, and calibration and validation which then produces a value in the form of discharges. The discharge from the SWAT output will be used to calculate the availability of ciujung river raw water with a mainstay discharge of 90%. Then compare the results of water availability and raw water needs in The District of Bandung in the planned year of 2038. From the simulations results on the SWAT modeling it is known that the comparison of observation discharge and simulated discharge has a correlation value (R) of 0.71 and a Nash-Sutcliffe Model Efficiency (NS) value of 0.46 so that the model can be said to be satisfactory for predicting river discharge. The result of the 90% reliable discharge calculation using a simulated discharge have a value of 4680 l/s where these results fully meet the raw water needs in Bandung district in the 2038 plan year, which is 221,62 l/s.en_US
