    Abstract
    Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) is residual waste from road pavement that has been damaged or has reached its design life. The reuse of RAP material requires a rejuvenator to improve the properties of the old asphalt. This paper presents the results of a study on the effect of used oil as a RAP rejuvenator on a mixture of Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA) 0/11 with natural cellulose fibers from coconut fibers on the characteristics of Marshall, IRS and Cantabro Loss. Laboratory work begins with testing the physical properties of the material on aggregate, asphalt, and RAP, followed by determining the Optimum Asphalt Content (KAO) for each variation of the used oil rejuvenating content of 0%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5% of the asphalt weight. long. Based on the results of the KAO, Marshall, IRS and Cantabro Loss tests were carried out. The guideline used as the standard was the Spesifikasi Bina Marga 2010. The results showed that the volumetric performance, flexibility and ability of the mixture to resist disintegration increased with the addition of fluffier, on the other hand, stability and durability decreased with the addition of fluffier. The use of coconut fiber as cellulose fiber. Based on its best performance, the recommended level of used oil rejuvenation for RAP mixtures is in the range of 2% - 3% by weight of the old asphalt.
