Studi Penerapan Konsep Lean Construction Pada Perencanaan Anggaran Biaya Menggunakan Aplikasi Estimator.Id

Abstract

In a construction project is still too much waste, which do not produce. By implementing innovations that adopt from the world of manufacturing, which is known as Lean Construction, at the planning stage in calculating the RAB, it is calculated using the-based RAB application web , Estimator.id, can make it easier for estimators to calculate the RAB for construction projects. This study uses data from the Dukuh Maribaya Embung Development Project in Bumiayu Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency, Central Java in the form of Planning Images, Unit Price Lists, Unit Price Analysis, Budget Plans, and Implementation Budget Plans. The data is then calculated using the Estimator.id application. to obtain a comparison of the RAB from the project documents with a value of IDR 288,160,000,000 and the results on the Estimator.id application produce a value of IDR 266,610,000,000, indicating a difference of IDR 21,550,000.00 or 7.47% smaller from the project document while for the RAP, a comparison of RAP from project documents with a value of Rp.195,170,000.00 and the RAP calculation results on the Estimator.id application resulted in a value of Rp.189,310,000.00 showing a difference of Rp. project. The results of the application of theConcept Lean Construction in calculating the RAB and RAP of the dukuh maribaya embung construction project in the estimator.id application, namely by applying thetechnique Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) which can realize the principles of IPD. The Estimator.id application can support theConcept Lean Construction by implementing several Lean Construction Tools to minimize waste in construction projects.
