    Abstract
Self-Compacting concrete is a concrete mixture that can compact itself without using a compactor or vibrating machine. This research used asbestos powder, silica fume and superplasticizer as additives in cement. Based on previous research, silica fume and superplasticizer can increase the strength of concrete, However, asbestos is a waste that cannot be recycled into the same object. Therefore, this study looked at asbestos waste as a concrete additive. The percentage variations of powdered asbestos waste are 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% with 3% silica fume and 0,9% of Superplasticizer Viscocrete 3115N. This research used cylinder with 15 cm of diameter and 30 cm of height for compressive and split tensile strength then also beam dimension 10x10x40 cm for flexural testing. calculation of material requirements based on a combination of regulations SNI 03-2834-2000 and EFNARC 2002.The optimum value for testing the compressive strength, tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete is the addition asbestos powder by 5%.
