dc.description.abstractLatar Belakang: Stroke merupakan penyebab kematian ketiga di Indonesia dan merupakan penyakit terbanyak pertama di dunia. Stroke dapat menyebabkan lesi pada cortex prefrontalis tanpa menyebabkan defisit fungsi eksekutif. Lesi pada cortex prefrontalis menyebabkan kerusakan neuron berperngaruh terhadap neuroglia. Salah satu penelitian stroke dapat menggunakan tikus dengan metode BCCAO (Bilateral Carotis Communis Artery Occlusion) dengan melakukan oklusi pada 2 pembuluh darah (2-VO). Sehingga pada penelitian ini ingin mengetahui efek stroke terhadap jumlah neuroglia cortex prefrontalis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh durasi BCCAO (Bilateral Carotis Communis Artery Occlution) terhadap jumlah neuroglia cortex prefrontalis pasca reperfusi 24 jam. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimental. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel bahan biologi tersimpan yang berasal dari 20 blok parafin otak tikus yang sudah mendapat perlakuan. Sampel dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok dengan masing-masing kelompok terdapat 5 sampel, yaitu kelompok sham operated, kelompok iskemia 5 menit, kelompok iskemia 10 menit, dan kelompok iskemia 20 menit dengan reperfusi 24 jam. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji One Way Anova dilanjutkan dengan Post Hoc Benferroni. Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan melalui uji One Way Anova menunjukkan adanya perbedaan jumlah neuroglia cortex prefrontalis antara kelompok sham dengan kelompok iskemia 10 menit dan 20 menit dengan nilai p=0,001. Uji post Hoc kelompok sham terhadap kelompok iskemia 10 menit memiliki nilai p=0,031, kelompok sham terhadap kelompok iskemia 20 menit memiliki nilai p=0,002. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh BCCAO terhadap jumlah neuroglia cortex prefrontalis pasca reperfusi 24 jam. Background: Stroke is the third leading cause of death in Indonesia and the most disease in the world. Stroke provoke injury on prefrontal cortex without raise the deficit executive function. Prefrontal cortex injury later on cause neuron injury will influence neuroglia work. One of stroke studies use the BCCAO (Bilateral Common Carotid Artery Occlusion) method which make occlusion in 2 vascular (2-VO). Therefore, this studies want to know effect of stroke on number of glial cortex prefrontal. This research aim to purpose of this study was to determine the effect of BCCAO duration on number of glial prefrontal cortex after 24 hours reperfusion. Methods: This research is quasi-experimental research. Research sample, biological material stored from 20 paraffin block rat brain which already give the measure. The sample are divided into 4 groups of each 5 sample, that is shamed operated group, 5 minutes ischemia group, 10 minutes ischemia group, and 20 minutes ischemia group with 24 hours reperfusion. Data analysis was continued by using One Way Anova test followed by Post Hoc Benferroni. Results: The results obtained after testing One Way Anova shows that there is a difference in the number of glial prefrontal cortex intermediate sham group with 10 minutes and 20 minutes ischemia groups has p value = 0,001. Post Hoc test in the sham group for 10 minutes ischemia group has p value = 0,031 and the sham group for 20 minutes ischemia group has p value = 0,002. Conclusion: There is influence effect of BCCAO depend to number of glial prefrontal cortex after reperfusion 24 hours.en_US
