dc.description.abstractJalan Affandi merupakan salah satu kawasan bisnis di Yogyakarta yang mempunyai arus lalu lintas cukup tinggi. Selain itu, desain bukaan median yang tepat berada di depan gang menyebabkan kepadatan lalu lintas. Diharapkan dengan memindah dan menutup salah satu bukaan median, kepadatan lalu lintas akan sedikit terurai dan menjadi lancar. Perhitungan perencanaan bukaan median fasilitas putar balik menggunakan pedoman Bina Marga (BM/06/2005). Survey dilapangan mencakup geometri jalan, volume lalu lintas, panjang antrian, tundaan, dan kecepatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai panjang antrian, tundaan, dan kecepatan di Jl. Affandi Yogyakarta. Perhitungan perencanaan bukaan median fasilitas putar balik menggunakan Bina Marga (BM/06/2005). Survei dilapangan mencakup geometri jalan, volume lalu lintas, panjang antrian, tundaan dan kecepatan kendaraan. Pengambilan data dilakukan jam 06.00-09.00 wib, jam 11.00-14.00, dan jam 15.00-18.00. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada hari Sabtu dan Rabu. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak VISSIM. Hasil analisis pada kondisi eksisting menunjukkan nilai panjang antrian dan tundaan masing-masing sebesar 67,03 meter dan 22,61 detik serta untuk kecepatan arah Utara-Selatan sebesar 23,04 km/jam dan untuk arah Selatan-Utara sebesar 26,69 km/jam. Usulan alternatif I menunjukkan bahwa pemindahan dan penutupan bukaan median fasilitas putar balik sejauh 60 meter dari gang didapatkan hasil panjang antrian dan tundaan mengalami penurunan berturut-turut sebesar 91,84% dan 79,08%, serta untuk kecepatan kendaraan arah Utara-Selatan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 29,84% dan arah Selatan-Utara sebesar 33,39% dari kondisi eksisting. Sedangkan usulan alternatif II menunjukkan bahwa pemindahan bukaan median sejauh 50 meter dari gang didapatkan panjang antrian dan tundaan berturut-turut sebesar 53,66 % dan 76,64 % serta untuk kecepatan kendaraan arah Utara-Selatan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 26,55% dan arah Selatan-Utara 32,80% dari kondisi eksisting. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan alternatif I karena menunjukkan peningkatan nilai persentase yang lebih baik. Affandi street was one of the business area at Yogyakarta with a high traffic flow. The condition getting worst when the u-turn positions were faling alley at the opposite direction. Therefore, an innovation was required by removing the u-turn and close the u-turn on the Jembatan Merah bridge. It was expected that by moving and closing one of the median openings, the traffic density will be decreased. The Calculation of median open planning using Bina Marga guideline (BM/06/2005). The research data was conducted with field survey covering road geometry, traffic volume, queue length, delay, and vehicle speed. Data collection was done for 9 hours in one day from 06.00-09.00 WIB, 11.00-14.00 WIB, and at 15.00-18.00 WIB on Saturday and Wednesday. The data was analysed using VISSIM software. The result of the analysis on the existing conditions showed the value of queue length and delay respectively of 67,03 meters and 22,61 seconds and for North-South velocity was 23,04 km/h and for the South-North direction was 26,69 km/h. The result of the solution I showed that the displacement and closure of the u-turn as far as 60 meters from the alley obtained the decreasing of queue lenth and the delay as much as 91,84% and 79,08%, moreover vehicle speed of the North-South direction increased 29,84% and South-North increased 33,39% of the existing conditions. The result of solution II showed that the displacement of median opening as far as 50 meters from alley was obtained the decreasing of queue length and delay as much as 53,66% and 76,64% and for vehicle speed at north-south direction increased 26,55% and South-North increased 32,80% of the existing condition. This research was recommended of solution I since it shows better percentage of traffic performance.en_US
