| dc.description.abstract | Pabrik Hebisida Glifosat memiliki prospek yang baik mengingat pemenuhan kebutuhan Hebisida Glifosat di Indonesia yang masih mengandalkan impor. Glifosat dibuat dengan mereaksikan N-phosponomethyliminodiacetic acid (NPMIDA) dengan hidrogen peroksida dengan bantuan katalis karbon aktif. Pabrik ini rencananya akan didirikan di Gresik di tanah seluas 21.441,2 m2. Pabrik ini akan dioperasikan 24 jam sehari selama 330 hari/tahun dengan total 149 karyawan.
NPMIDA yang dibutuhkan adalah sebanyak 35.200,96 ton/tahun dan hidrogen peroksida 21.952,37 ton/tahun. Proses produksi akan dioperasikan pada temperatur 70 oC dan tekanan 1 atm menggunakan Reaktor Alir Tangki Berpengaduk (RATB) dengan konversi reaksi 94%. Pabrik ini membutuhkan air sebanyak 27.583,53 kg/jam, steam sebanyak 1.229,65 kg/jam, dan listrik sebesar 339,42 kW yang disediakan oleh PLN.
Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi yang telah dilakukan terhadap pabrik ini didapatkan hasil bahwa modal tetap yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp Rp258.068.591.299 dan modal kerja sebesar Rp145.146.204.371. Keuntungan sebelum pajak sebesar Rp105.392.784.766 dan setelah pajak sebesar Rp52.696.392.383. Persentase Return On Investment (ROI) sebelum pajak adalah 40,84% dan setelah pajak 20,42%, Pay Out Time (POT) sebelum pajak adalah 2,01 tahun dan setelah pajak 3,40 tahun. Nilai Break Event Point (BEP) sebesar 48,41 % dan Shut Down Point (SDP) sebesar 22,17% dengan Discounted Cash Flow Rate (DCFR) sebesar 19,20%. Berdasarkan analisa ekonomi tersebut, prarancangan pabrik herbisida glifosat dari NPMIDA dan hidrogen peroksida dengan kapasitas 27.000 ton/tahun ini layak untuk didirikan.
Herbicide glyphosate plant has good prospect, considering the requirement of herbicide glyphosate in Indonesia which still rely on import. herbicide glyphosate made by reacting N-phosponomethyliminodiacetic acid (NPMIDA) and hydrogen peroxide with the help of catalysts carbon active. Preliminary design of herbicide glyphosate plant has planned to be built in Gresik, in the area of 21.441,2 m2. This chemical plant will be operating for 24 hours a day for 330 days/years with 149 employees.
It needs 35,200.96 tons/year of NPMIDA and 21,952.37 tons/year of hydrogen peroxide. The production process is operated at temperature of 70 oC dan pressure 1 atm using Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) with 94% of reaction conversion. This plant needs 27,583.53 kg/hour of waters, 1,229.65 kg/hour of steams, and 339.42 kW electricity power that covered by PLN.
From the economic evaluations that has been done in this plant, it obtained that this plant needs fixed capital of Rp 258.068.591.299. working capital of Rp 145.146.204.371. The profit before tax is Rp 105.392.784.766 and the profit after tax is Rp 52.696.392.383. Percentage of return on investment (ROI) before tax is 40,84% and after tax is 20,42%., Pay out time (POT) before tax is 2,01 years and after tax is 3,40 years. The value of break even point (BEP) is 48,41% and shut down point (SDP) is 22,17% with Discounted Cash Flow Rate (DCFR) about 19,20%.
