    Abstract
One of the strategic measures to improve urban mobility and city sustainability is the revitalization of Penggaron Terminal using the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) approach. The project is designed to incorporate mixed-use, or mixed-function development, which creates a dynamic environment with a variety of activities and community needs. The TOD method prioritizes public transportation acces- sibility, pedestrian-friendly spaces, and reduced dependence on private vehicles. The terminal serves as a transportation hub integrated with commercial facilities, art spaces, and pub- lic spaces in this design to encourage economic growth, social interaction, and cultural attraction. Colonial architecture is used to reflect the historical value and local identity of Semarang and create a harmonious aesthetic with the environment. In addition, through efficient energy use, efficient space design, and the connection between the transportation system and urban activities, the project considers the concept of sustainability. This method is expected to enable Penggaron Terminal to develop into a modern transportation hub that can improve people’s quality of life and support the general development of the region.
