| dc.description.abstract | Housing is one of the basic needs as a minimum requirement that must be met
for humans besides clothing and food. Residential houses also function to ensure
human survival, development, protection from various kinds of disturbances so that
they can live comfortably and peacefully. Urbanization that is not matched with
adequate capacity results in irregularities in the spatial structure of the city and can
cause residential areas to be densely populated, tend to be slums, and illegal.
Analysis of residential houses as an effort to improve the quality of livable
houses aims to determine the level of quality and aspects that need to be improved.
This research method is field observation and interviews, the analytical method
used in this research is statistical descriptive analysis.
Based on research results, the quality of buildings in the Bangunjiwo Urban
Village is in the good category with an average value of 4.03 and the environmental
quality in the Bangunjiwo Village is in the fairly good category with an average
value of 3.46. Efforts to improve quality focus on environmental quality,
garden/yard, room location/function and lighting/air circulation. | en_US |
