| dc.description.abstract | PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in producing industry laundry machines which was
established in 2008. The problems that occur in PT. XYZ is the amount of company revenue that
has decreased during this COVID-19 pandemic, especially in 2019-2021. Therefore, this study
aims to analyze performance using the Supply chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Racetrack with
stages consisting of Set the Scope, Configure the Supply chain, Optimize the Project, and Ready
for Implementation. The performance attribute used in this research is the Asset Management
Efficiency attribute. In this research, PT. XYZ is more focused on Level-1, namely AM.1.2 Return
on Supply Chain Fixed Asset because of PT. XYZ wants to improve supply chain revenue.
Followed by Metric level 2 AM.2.4 Supply Chain Revenue and AM.2.5 Supply Chain Fixed
Assets. It is known that the performance metric is the size of the gap that occurs from 48% in the
Return of Supply Chain Fixed Assets. Based on the fishbone diagram, it is known the problem that
causes the gap is used as the basis for determining the improvement project that will be carried out.
The proposed improvements that are proposed to be carried out are Marketing Strategy Planning,
Cost of Goods Sold Analysis, and planning Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) related to asset
maintenance database management which is expected to increase the number of supply chain
revenues that affect the company's revenue. | en_US |
