| dc.description.abstract | The leaves of the soursop plant contains flavonoids, phytosterols, calcium
oxalate, alkaloids, tannins, and some other chemical constituents including
Annonaceous acetogenin. In addition to the content of acetogenin which act as
antioxidants, soursop leaves also contain flavonoids. Falvonoid is a natural
phenolic compound that has potential as an antioxidant, and have bioactivity as
medicine. The purpose of this study are to know the effect of variations in the
levels of use of materials crusher primojel on the physical properties of soursop
leaf extract tablet (Annona muricata. L) and to get good primojel concentration as
a tablet crusher for soursop leaf extract. Tablet soursop leaf extract is divided into
three formulations with variations in levels of material as the material crusher
primojel namely F1 4%, F2 6%, and F3 8%, using a wet granulation technique.
Testing views of the physical properties of the tablet is organoleptis, uniformity of
weight, hardness, friability, and a soluble tablet. The results of the research,
Formulation 1 (primojel 4%) has a hardness of 5.76 ± 0.32 kg / cm2, 0.07 ±
0.08% friability, disintegration time of 7.73 ± 1.55 minutes. Formula 2 (primojel
6%) has a hardness of 6.51 ± 0.40 kg / cm2, 0.09 ± 0.06% friability, disintegration
time of 8 ± 0.5 min. Formula 3 (primojel 8%) has a hardness of 5.19 ± 0.43 kg /
cm2, 0.03 ± 0.01% friability, disintegration time 6.15 ± 1.44 minutes. | en_US |
