Fertile Age Patient and Related Factors with Return of Fertility
Background: SDKI survey on 2002-2003 shown an increase in the use of
contraceptives as prevention efforts or delay pregnancy. Many couples who crave the
presence of children in their family, but was never get children. They need the right
selection kinds of contraceptive, especially based on the level return of fertility that
when they wanted the occurrence of pregnancy its may soon be happening.
Objectives :. To find out the average time required by the women of fertile age (15-
35 years old) be able to get pregnant again after stopping hormonal contraceptives
and determine related factors with incidence of obesity in members of police Polres
Rejang Lebong Bengkulu province
Method : This research is analytical descriptive study with cross sectional method.
40 respondents involved in this research, Consist of 19 respondents had to use the
pills, 17 respondents had to use depo , and 4 respondents had to use implants.
The instrument used in this study are form of sample identity and questioners. Data
in this study were analyzed with one way ANOVA and chi-square statistical method
with level of significance is 0,05
Result : the average time return of fertility of hormonal contraceptives for pills,
depo, and implant are 4,474 month, 8,794 month, and 8,125 month. The result of
analysis by one way ANOVA showed that each time return of fertility of hormonal
contraceptives is not identic (p value 0,007) and which different significantly are
between pills with depo (p value 0,006) and between pills with implant (p value
