Indonesia is an archipelago and have a high earthquake risk and thus require light building structures and some outlying islands have the problem of waste plastic bottles carried by ocean currents and can not be processed. This prompted the authors to design and make a simple tool into a waste treatment bottle filler lightweight concrete blocks. Tool works by mold inserted into the bottle that has been cut along the 25 cm from the base and insert the pegs into the middle and then heating the mold in order to inflate the bottle to soften and mold the shape of the beam after it revoked the stake in order to issue a printout. From the test results show a tool capable of scoring the bottle into the beam. Pressure pegs when inserted in the mold of 25 kg, the heating process temperature of 85°C-100°C with a heating time of 3-5 seconds, and the withdrawal of the pegs from the mold at 35 kg. The time for the printing process a bottle of cylindrical form into the shape of the beam is 45 seconds. Results from the mold already can be used as filler lightweight concrete blocks.en_US
