dc.description.abstract | In Indonesia, a brick building material widely used in both the
conventional brick red brick and lightweight concrete blocks and bricks .
This prompted the authors to design and create a simple wall panels as
an alternative lightweight brick that can be used in structures that do not
require the robustness of the buildings are terraced/weight and high load
. Such as a fence wall , bulkhead between space, light the gate until the
building can be moved and anti-earthquak . Wall panels made with the
size/dimensions of 50 cm x 47 cm x 6.5 cm. By using composite sandwich
pastik bottles made with a layer of a mixture of cement, white glue, paper
pulp and water with ratio 3 : 2 : 1 : 1. From this study, light ready-made
wall panels with a size of 51 cm x 48 cm x 7.5 cm . This lightweight brick
panel weight up to 3 kg. With an estimated cost of around 13.500,00
rupiahs for each panel. | en_US |
