dc.description.abstractNowadays, mentality is an important thing for everyday life for humans, because with a good mentality, the quality of work results can be maximized and can be adjusted to the needs of a company. This study aims to analyze mental performance in the department using the NASA-TLX and RSME methods. Quantitative methods are used in this study, using questionnaires, observations, interviews, library studies, and documentation for data collection. The sample was taken by taking 50 employees working at PT. Supernova Palapa Nusantara. The results of the study at PT. Supernova Palapa Nusantara showed that factors such as effort and frustration contributed significantly to mental workload. In addition, there was significant variation in mental workload among employees, with some experiencing higher stress due to heavy mental demands. This study produced several recommendations to improve mental well-being and work efficiency. These recommendations include adjusting tasks to reduce mental and temporal demands, stress management training, and creating a supportive work environment. By implementing these steps, companies can improve employee motivation and productivity, as well as provide a long-term positive impact on the organization.en_US
