    Abstract
This study aims to examine the negative relationship between resilience and burnout among nurses during their working time. The initial hypothesis proposed that there would be a correlation between resilience levels and burnout levels among nurses. The study included 104 nurses working in various hospitals across Indonesia. The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) was utilized, based on the Maslach and Jackson (1981) theory, specifically the Maslach-Trisni Burnout Inventory (MTBI), adapted into Indonesian by Widhianingtati and Luijtelaar (2022), consisting of 22 items to measure burnout levels. The resilience scale used was The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) developed by Connor and Davidson (2003), translated by Hermansyah (2019), comprising 25 items to measure resilience levels. Data analysis using the Pearson correlation technique revealed a correlation coefficient of r = -0.857, indicating a negative relationship between burnout and resilience in nurses during their working time. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted.
