Early adults undergo many changes from their previous stage of life and were shown to struggle with various problems. Such problems can affect the quality of life satisfaction which can result in health problems, anxiety, and even depression. Factors of life satisfaction include, but are not limited to social quality, education, employment, meaning of life, marital status, age, way of thinking, and self-compassion. The purpose of this study is to prove the relationship between self-compassion and life satisfaction among Indonesian early adults. Respondents in this study were early adults aged 20-39 years (n=233). The scale used to measure life satisfaction is the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and the scale used to measure self-compassion is The Self-Compassion Scale. The result is that there is a positive correlation between self-compassion and life satisfaction among early adults in Indonesia. Further results will be discussed in this study.en_US
