This study purposes to examine whether there is a positive relationship between forgiveness and happiness in adolescents exposed to domestic violence (DV). The initial hypothesis proposed in this research is that there will be a correlation between forgiveness and happiness in adolescents exposed to DV. The subjects in this study consist of 153 adolescents aged 12-15 years who have experienced DV. The Forgiveness scale used in this research is compiled and developed by Laura Yamhure Thompson, C.R Snyder, and Lesa Hoffman in 2005, consisting of 18 items, referring to the aspects of Forgiveness based on the theory of Thompson et al. (2005). The Happiness scale utilizes an instrument compiled and developed by Seligman (2005), later adapted by Ridha (2014), consisting of 27 items based on Seligman's aspects. The emotional dependence scale aspects are compiled by Amor et al. (2022), referring to Seligman's aspects (2005), totaling 27 items. The results of data analysis using the Spearman's Rho correlation technique showed a value of r = 0.845, indicating a positive relationship between forgiveness and happiness in adolescents exposed to DV. Thus, the hypothesis of this research is accepted.en_US
