In construction project implementation, mismatch often occur between plan schedule and realization in the field that make it delays. Accelerating is one of way to anticipate it. In doing acceleration, the cost and quality are should be noted to reach optimum costs and quality with standards desirable. Java village resort development project was selected for review in study research, because has been delayed in implementation. Alternative acceleration used addition of working hours, additional labor and a combination of both. Calculation began with found the critical path with Microsoft Project that performed crashing to obtain cost slope activities on the critical path, then analysed method with Time Cost Trade Off Analysis. From the analysis results, optimum cost obtained in additional labor with addition cost was Rp 22.470.000 with time reduction by 11 days, while additional hours of work with the reduction of cost and time each by Rp30.972.857 in 11 days and a combination of both reducing costs and time each by Rp12.426.429. It means that the acceleration with optimum cost obtained on the addition of working hours.en_US
