dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between of prophetic parenting and identity achievement in adolescents. Respondents involved in this study were 120 adolescents with an age range of 15-18 years. Measuring instrument used in this study is the scale Ego Identity Process Questionnaire (Balisteri, Busch-Rossnegal, & Geisinger, 1995) and The Prophetic Parenting Scale (Kurniawan, 2016). The hypothesis in this study is there will be a positive relationship between the prophetic parenting and identity achievement in adolescents. The data obtained in the study were analyzed by using the technique of Spearman correlation analysis and used to examine the relationship between variables. The results showed that there is no correlation between prophetic parenting and identity achievement. The results of this study obtained a positive relationship between the prophetic parenting and aspect of commitment.en_US
