Evaluasi Penerapan Proses BIM (Building Information Modeling) Dalam Manajemen Proyek Perancangan Studi Kasus Perancangan Gedung Pelayanan Penyakit Paru Terpadu Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bekasi

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to know the implementation of engineering project management conformity and strategy in the case study project design of integrated lung disease service building RSUD Bekasi based on project management with BIM. This writing is using the qualitative method that assess the parameters of project management with BIM that are BIM Execution Project (BEP), Project Scope, Project Budgeting, Project Workplan and Project Scheduling. The evaluation result of this writing indicated that BIM implementation in project design of integrated lung disease service building RSUD Bekasi need to be supported with project management based on BIM process, so can be maximize the potential of resources.
