    Abstract
The construction sector is a high-risk business sector. One of the risks in the construction world can be sourced from construction safety aspects following PERMEN PUPR No. 10 of 2021 (labor, tools, materials, and environment). Risk management in managing the company is something that needs to be considered in the steps to minimize risk. The subject of this research is construction safety risk, and the object of this research is blasting work at the Bener Dam. Risk identification is carried out by deepening the WBS, then conducting a risk probability and impact assessment on respondents. Risk assessment uses probability and impact matrix. The results showed that there were 47 risks, consisting of 10 risks in the moderate category, 34 risks in high risk, and 2 risks in very high risk.
