    Abstract
Project scheduling is one of the planning results that can provide information about the schedule or time of the plan and the progress of the project in the performance of resources in the form of equipment, materials, labor and costs as well as planning the length of the project. Project scheduling methods should be planned very well so that the implementation runs effectively and efficiently. When implementation of projects happen, there are often delays due to field factors, so scheduling planning is necessary for typical or repetitive types of projects. This research was conducted to determine the scheduling of the development of the Amandhika Town House, Temanggung using the Linear Scheduling Method method by using the duration of the work. The purpose of this study was to find out about project initiation using the LSM method and find out the advantages and disadvantages of the LSM method. The scheduling analysis of this project is to get a faster duration 190 days.. Meanwhile from the project time schedule the work plan for 100 units is 730 days. The comparison of the project implementation time was quite long at 540 days, therefore the use of the LSM method in the Amandhika Town House, Temanggung was more efficient and effective.
