    Abstract
Bengkulu Province is part of the State of Indonesia, which is right between 2 earthquake paths, namely the epicenter along the Mentawai fault in the Indian Ocean and the epicenter on land along the Sumatran fault around Bukit Barisan, so that Bengkulu Province often experiences earthquakes in a fairly high frequency. Therefore Bengkulu Province is categorized as one of the earthquake-prone areas in Indonesia. SNI 1726 which is used in infrastructure development planning in Indonesia often undergoes changes. This study aims to compare the effect of changes in the acceleration spectra in Bengkulu Province on the seismic response of the building due to the renewal of SNI 1726 2012-SNI 1726 2019. The acceleration spectra are taken from earthquake maps in SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 1726:2019. Structural analysis was carried out by three-dimensional (3D) modeling with the function of a 10-storey hospital building using an earthquake load response spectrum with the help software SAP2000 and the drift between floors. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that Bengkulu Tengah Regency experienced a decrease in Ss values of 0.533 g and S1 values 0.057 g, while Lebong Regency experienced a significant increase in Ss and S1 values 0.340 g and 0.173 g. A significant increase in the base shear force occurred in Muko-Muko Regency by 40% with an average deviation of 30%. The inter floor drift and drift ratio occurred in Kepahiang Regency. Kepahiang Regency experienced the most significant increase in deviation of 51%
