    Abstract
The paper tries to explore the thinking of Nietzsche's philosophy and it’s connection with the sacred of religion discourse. Jargon of existentialism philosophy Nietzsche “god is dead” (gott ist tot) tried to persuade the human being to found nihilism, it means crushing of absolute values and sacred of the life. By crushing of absolute values, the human being will be exist and independent—not depending on something outside himself and make it as the purpose of life—at the same time desecration also made the human being in freedom and independent. The spirit of unestablished, unabsolutism and unsacred which is introduced by Nietzsche are useful to force open the sacred of religious discourse in Islam. Religious discourse such as binding ruling in religious matters (fatwa), opinion and decision of ulama’ which was being sacred and holy is like Qur'an must be force opened, because it brought unbending and undinamic. In this case Nietzsche's philosophy is useful for forcing open religious discourse.
