Various studies have been conducted to examine the correlation between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in Indonesia. However, the results of various studies showed both significant and insignificant correlations. This study aims to examine the consistency of the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in Indonesia. This study used a meta-analysis method carried out on 19 research articles that have met the inclusion criteria with the help of Jamovi and R-Studio software programs. The results of the meta-analysis showed that organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in Indonesia were positively and significantly correlated with a correlation coefficient of 0.433 (medium correlation) and p < 0.001 and a confidence interval of 0.335 - 0.522. In addition, it is found that the data from 19 studies were heterogeneous and free from publication bias.en_US
