dc.description.abstractThis research was carried out related to how the influence of the quality of work life and commitment to employees performance in PT. Alam Manis Indonesia with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study has several objectives, among others, to test and analyze the quality of work life and organizational commitment to employee performance partially and simultaneously, test and analyze the quality of work life and organizational commitment to job satisfaction partially and simultaneously, test and analyze the influence of satisfaction work on employee performance partially, test and analyze larger which directly influence the quality of work life on employee performance or indirect influence of the quality of work life on employee performance through job satisfaction, and test and analyze a greater where direct influence of organizational commitment to performance employee or indirect effect of organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction. Respondents in this study were 120 employees of PT. Alam Manis Indonesia. Methods of data collection used questioner. Methods of data analysis used in this study using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial effect between the quality of life on employee performance, there is the effect of partially include a commitment to employee performance, there is the effect of simultaneously between work life and a commitment to employee performance, there is a partial effect between quality of work life on job satisfaction , there is a partial effect between a commitment to job satisfaction, there is the effect of the simultaneous advance of the quality of work life and commitment to job satisfaction, and no partial effect between job satisfaction on employee performance. In addition, there is an indirect effect on the performance quality of working life of employees through employee satisfaction PT. Alam Manis Indonesia greater effect than a direct influence on the performance quality of working life of employees. The direct effect appears to be related to the quality of work life on employee performance without going through job satisfaction.en_US
