| dc.description.abstract | Appendectomy is the surgical removal of the appendix on indications of appendicitis. The incidence of appendicitis in Indonesia was the highest of several other cases of urgency abdomen. Appendectomy patients require a huge cost, especially in laparoscopy appendectomy that require advanced tools and more power expert. This study aims to determine large direct medical costs of appendectomy conventional and laparoscopy patients, knowing the real cost comparison and INA-CBGs 2014 patients with appendectomy conventional and laparoscopy, knowing the description of the clinical outcomes of patiens with appendectomy conventional and laparoscopy. This research was a cross sectional descriptive observational retrospective data collection. Methods of data collection through a search of medical records and data on the cost of health financing period from January to December 2014.
