Evaluasi Penggunaan Antihipertensi Terhadap Pengontrolan Tekanan Darah di Puskesmas Umbulharjo 1 dan Puskesmas Kotagede 2 Yogyakarta Tahun 2015

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is still the world's problems today. In developing countries such as Indonesia Hypertension was ranked number three after stroke and tuberculosis, which reached 6.7% of the population of deaths in all age groups in Indonesia. To lower blood pressure used anti-hypertensive drugs, anti-hypertensive drugs used should always be evaluated to ensure the right medicine, safe and effective. Selection of antihypertensive influence on whether or controlled blood pressure. The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of anti-hypertensive use in health centers during 2015. The type of this research is a descriptive study. According to a research conducted, this study is cross-sectional. The number of samples obtained as many as 90 patients in Umbulharjo 1 Health-center and 95 patients in Kotagede 2 health-center. These results indicate Amlodipine is used more in a single antihypertensive therapy in health centers and Umbulharjo 1 69.9% 2 63.6% Kotagede health center. Antihypertensive combination therapies dominant enough to use a combination of amlodipine with hydrochlorothiazide as much as 6.1% in Umbulharjo 1 healt-center and 19% in Kotagede 2 Health-center. Antihypertensive more widely used to control blood pressure is amlodipine with monotherapy. Overview of the use of antihypertensives to control blood pressure in health center Umbulharjo 1 is controlled as much as 63.9% of patients and 36.1% of patients not controlled. health center Kotagede 2 as much as 54.39% and 45.61% of control patients poorly controlled blood pressure patients.
