dc.description.abstractThis research raises the issue of the agility of the workforce or employees in manufacturing companies. This study expands the understanding of the relationship between the manipulated variables, namely employee agility and the independent variables, namely authentic leadership and organizational learning. This research uses correlational descriptive quantitative method to see how it is related. The subjects in this study amounted to 109 participants with male/female characteristics and active status as employees in manufacturing companies. This research uses a non parametric statistics. The results show that there is a positive relationship between workforce agility and authentic leadership using the Spearman Rho technique of 0.293 with a significance of 0.002 (p < 0.05). Positive correlation was also seen in workforce agility with organizational learning using the same technique of 0.534 with a significance of 0.00 (p < 0.05). Based on the results of the study, it is confirmed that with the effective contribution of the correlation and significance value between organizational learning and workforce agility, there is a strong and significant positive correlation. This is of course in line with previous research which also showed an indication of a positive relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable.
