    Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and stress of health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a negative relationship between social support and stress. The subjects used in this study were 147 health workers on duty during the COVID-19 pandemic. The measuring instrument used in this research is the stress scale Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) by Cohen, S., Kamarck, T., Mermelstein (1983) and the social support scale Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) which was modified by Handika (2017). The results showed that there was a negative relationship between social support and stress on health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic (r = -.258; p = 0.000)
