    Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between interpersonal emotion regulation and anxiety in high-risk pregnant women. There are two hypotheses in this study, that (1) there is a negative correlation between the dimensions of enhancing positive affect and perspective taking of interpersonal emotion regulation on anxiety in high-risk pregnant women, and (2) there is a positive correlation between the dimensions of soothing and social modelling of interpersonal emotion regulation on anxiety in high-risk pregnant women. The Subjects in this study were 58 high-risk pregnant women. Measurement in this study used a Pregnancy-related Anxiety Scale (PrAS) by Brunton et al (2018) and Interpersonal Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (IERQ) by Hofmann et al (2016) which were adapted by Sutanto et al (2018). The results showed that only the soothing dimension showed a significant relationship to the anxiety of high-risk pregnant women (r = 0.291, p< 0.05), while the other three dimensions of interpersonal emotion regulation did not show a significant relationship to the anxiety
