Noise which is one type of pollution can affect health and comfort. The noise level is too high can cause damage to the hearing. Therefore, reducing the noise becomes important to investigate. The purpose of this study is to make the silencer acoustic cells of waste material of wood sawdust albasiah (Albizia falcataria) and fibers of kenaf (Hibiscus Cannabinus) as filler fills and acoustic test cell acoustic sound absorption values. Tues acoustic resonator used is a panel with a sample size of 20x20 mm and 50x50 mm with a variation of the addition of acoustic fills. Tues acoustic cavity has a depth of 20 mm, and diameter of the resonator neck hole of 8 mm for sample 1 (studs 20) by the number of holes 4 pieces, then 13 mm for sample 2 (studs 50) with a number of holes 1 piece. The manufacturing process begins with doing pressure to sawdust using a machine Hot Press to be particle board with a thickness of 5 mm and 10 mm. Acoustic cell formation process begins with the making of the cover panels, insulation cavity, and the front panel are given lubeng neck acoustic resonator and perform charging fill with kenaf fiber as much as 10% Vf The results showed the manufacture of an acoustic cell with the best sound absorption values occurred in samples 1 (studs 20). This is because the area of the resonator holes on the sample 1 (studs 20) is greater than the area of the sample hole 2 (studs 50).
