| dc.description.abstract | The soursop leaf contain of several active compounds including flavonoid that are
know efficatios as antioxidant. The use of soursop leaf as antioxidant merely boil
with water by people. Necessary to develop new innovation become a tablet for
increased comfort with its use more practical potential and more stable in storage
when copared with pharmaceutical preparation in liquid or suspension. The
purpose of this study was to determine the tablet disintegration time of soursop
leaf extract (Annona muricata L.) with crospovidone disintegrant content
variation and to determine the best level of the best destroyer in accordance with
the result of evaluation of physical properties its tablets. Tablets made by wet
granulation methode with ingredients crospovidone 2%, 3,5% and 5%. Granules
produced in water content test, flow time test, angle of repost and tap dencity.
Then resulting tablets are tested their physical properties. Result study; formula I
has weight uniformity (CV) 1,05%, hardness 5,37±0,42 kg, friability 0,16±0,22%
and disintegranion time test 14,19 minutes. Formula II has weight unformity (CV)
2,18%, hardness 5,31±0,3 kg, friability 0,36±0,3% and disintegration time test 0,1
minutes. Formula III has weight uniformity (CV) 1,98%, hardness 5,40±0,68 kg,
friability 0,55±0,7% and disintegration time test 5,68±0,7 minutes. The result
showed that variation in levels of crospovidone accelerate tablet disintegration
time. Fromula optimum achived in formula III with of crospovidone is 5%.
