dc.description.abstractSingle Parent is a phenomenon that occurs because of increasing divorce or spouse mortality, which resulted in new insights into a family structure. This study attempted to search the association between spirituality and subjective well-being of female single parent. The hypothesis tested was based on the assumption that higher spirituality was correlated with higher subjective well being. The subjects of the research consisted of 33 muslim female single parent from 20-50 years old in Yogyakarta. This study used two scales: subjective well being scale and spirituality scale which was adapted from Zulaikhah (2013) and Putri (2013). The results of the data analysis of this study showed that there is a significant positive correlation between spirituality and subjective well being in female single parent, with correlation of r = 0,794 and p = 0,000 ( p < 0,01) Keywords: Spirituality, Subjective Well Being, Single Parenten_US
