The study aimed to examine the association of extraversion with creativity and the moderation role of multiple social identities. Correlational design was applied through a survey to 118 undergraduate students in Indonesia (Female = 81.4%, Male = 18.6%, Mage = 20.80, SDage = 1.34). Extraversion and multiple identities were assessed through self-report, while creativity was measured through time- bound open-ended questions scaled with multi rater scoring process. The creativity represented three dimensions: fluency, flexibility, and originality. The results showed a significant positive association of extraversion with fluency dimension. However, the moderation role of multiple identities was not supported by the data in this study.en_US
