dc.description.abstractIn Yogyakarta every year progressively increasing motorcycle amount 11,8% and car amount 6,9%. This matter flowed too with increasing of motorcycle and car washing service. Although still many motorcycle and car washing service haven 7 wastewater treatment, so needed water pollution prevention with wastewater treatment essepeciallyfor car and motorcycle washing service. However we needed a more technology which efficiency utilizes to reach the maximal result as an aerocarbonhiofilter reactor to degrade Suspended Solid and phosphate (PG4). Where aerocarhonbiofilter reactor consist of 4 level tray aeration, activated carbon and Zeolite medium, combine microorganism seeding medium and sand filter with medium kuarsa sand (biosandfilter). Before running this research the first step is preparing microorganism seeding during 40 days. In this research use paralon pipe as microorganism seeding medium (attached growth media) because this medium had large surface, so it make more possibility microorganism growth. This process under aerobic condition so need additional oxygen supply using bubble aerator when microorganism growth. And to increase microorganism growth gives nutrient containing microbe, that is degra samba. In this research takes a sample during 10days and once every day. The result research at the first day got inlet concentration 447 mg/l and outlet concentration 36 mg/l, and the removal efficiency equal to 92 %for the Suspended Solid. The removal efficiency relative constant for suspended solid concentration. The highest removal efficiency occur at day to six, seven, eight amount 96%. And for phosphate (P04) removal concentration less occur significant removal. At the first day result of research got inlet concentration 0,8793 mg/l and outlet concentration 0,8063 mg/l with the removal efficiency equal to 8,8%,, The highest efficiency occur at third day equal to 8,8 %. And the next continuously decreasing the phosphate removal efficiency until day to ten become 6,9%.en_US
