This article discusses about the correlation between the perception of organization support and readiness to change in Indonesian employees using the meta-analysis technique. It used 17 research publications in the period of 2015-2020. Readiness to change refers to the belief of employees in agreeing, accepting and adopting a particular plan aimed to change the recent condition of organization (Ganni, Mariatin, & Ginting, 2018). One of the factors of readiness to change is the perception of organization support. This perception is the identification of employees regarding organization, figuring out the assessment of organization towards their contribution and the attention of organization towards the welfare of each employee (Rhoades & Eisenberger, 2002). The results of this meta-analysis study with 2.334 respondents as the mixed samples showed that the perception of organization support and readiness to change in Indonesian employees were positively and significantly correlated with the correlation coefficient of 0.430 (medium correlation ) and p < 0.001 and with the confidence interval of 0.337 - 0.515. Also, it was found that the data of 17 studies were heterogeneous and had a bias of publication.en_US
