dc.description.abstractProcessing system standard water ofriver water by using ceramic membrane is one of conducted effort to be able obstetrical minimalisir content suspend ofpollutant which there are in water. Elementary principle ceramic membrane to conduct water of sample taken away from river water into ceramic membrane where happened process filtrasi and adsorbsi in it which in the end yield effluentpore ceramic membrane wall. This research aim to know how big ceramic membrane efficiency in processing Total Suspended Solid (TSS) and Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) at river water Kali Code residing in area ofJl.Jagalan, Yogyakarta. This research use ceramic membranewith clay land composition, sand ofkwarts and sawdust. As for reactor dimension is : diameter to high 5 cm and under diameter 9 cm, highly 12,5 cm. Ceramic membrane which used this research is divided pursuant to sawdust composition 2,5 %, 5%, and 7,5 %. The research in conducted by using water from river water Kali Code with ceramic membrane reactor where water conducted through ceramic membrane pass pipe by using aid pump with capacity Qmax = 900 L/day, AC=220-240 Volt/Hz dan W=15 watt. Intake of sampel per 30 minute during 3 hours to inlet and outlet. Method usedfor the analysis of TSS and TDS relate SNIM-03­1989-F. The TS Sand TDS analyse result for river water by using ceramic membrane were analyzed, showed that ceramic membrane with 5% of saw dust TSS and TDS concentrated has got optimumly reduce until reached 61.9048% from 504 mg/L to 192 mg/Lfor TSS concentrated and 63.8298% from 188 mg/L to 68 mg/L for TDS concentrated and effective time TSS and TDS concentrated taken away from river water Kali Code is 180 minute, show that ceramic membrane with 2,5% sawdust composition TSS concentrated has go reduce until reached 51,7647% from 1020 mg/L to 492 mg/L and TDS concentrated has go reduce until reached 62,6087% from 690 mg/L to 258 mg/L. And ceramic membrane with 7,5 % sawdust composition TSS concentrated has go reduce until reached 55,4688% from 512 mg/L to 228 mg/L and TDS concentrated has go reduce until reached 65,9218%from 358 mg/L to 122 mg/L.en_US
