dc.description.abstractCompetition in the competitive industry sector resulted in each company competes to develop and design the best system to maintain its position in the global market. Every company strives to meet customer needs by continually making improvements to their supply chain management systems. However, a recent outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic appeared and disrupted the stability of the Indonesian economy. All sectors are disrupted due to various PSBB policies undertaken by the government in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. PT. ABC (Singaraja unit) is a company engaged in the Poultry farm industry in the city of Singaraja. The government's PSBB policy causes problems at PT. ABC (Singaraja unit) supply chain, such as the decrease in demand for broiler chicken products and the failure of forecasting the raw material and product demand. This problem results in a change in the number of DOC (Day Old Chick) raw material orders to suppliers due to unstable product demand, which is likely to cause losses, so it is necessary to measure performance to determine the performance of the company's supply chain and create a strategy to increase sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used to measure company performance is SCOR 12 and Snorm de Boer normalization. In addition, Voice of Customer and SWOT analysis method are used to determine the customer needs as a reference for company to create strategy to increase sales of product. Based on the results of performance measurements and SWOT analysis, supply chain performance scores at PT.ABC (Singaraja unit) is 84.52, where this score included in the good category. However, there are metrics that obtain unsatisfactory scores so that they need to be fixed, namely RL 3.37 Forecast Accuracy, RL. 3.49 Schedule Achievement, A.M 3.9 Capacity Utilization, and sE2 Manage Supply Chain Performance.Meanwhile, the strategy that can be used by companies to increase sales is the SO strategy, in which the company can create carcass chicken products that have many variations by prioritizing quality, hygiene, online sales, and delivery service.en_US
