dc.description.abstractIndonesia has mineral resources in a very large number, especially nickel laterite (NiO). One of the processing of nickel laterite which can be done in industrial scale is the process of liquid-leaching extraction atmospheric pressure acid leaching. The purposes of this research are to determine some operating conditions which can give the laterite nickel content. The leaching process nickel laterite soroako was done using 5N sulfuric acid as leachant with temperature 95oC and ever leaching process was done for 6 hours. Based on the extraction process performed obtained percent nickel value of 0,03% in the filtrate and obtained percent nickel laterite 2,12% on the residu.en_US
