dc.description.abstractAcute Respiratory Infections (ISPA) is an important cause of morbidity and mortality. ISPAcase is 50 % of all disease in children under 5 years. ISPAcan lead to 10-25 % of deathin children. Methods:This study is a retrospective descriptive analysis method, to determine the accuracy of the use of antibiotics. Methods of data collection using secondary data obtained from the patient's medical record the ISPA, with 72 respondents.Results:The proportion of respondents age dominated by age 2 years. ISPAwas given antibiotics 84,72%were not given antibiotics15,28%. Syrup preparations were 18.05 % of respondents, tablets2.77% , powder of 9.72%preparation of intravenous antibiotics and 69.44%respondents.Conclusions:Characteristics of respondents by sex male dominated. The proportion of respondents agedominated by age 2 years. Percentage use of antibiotics 84.72 %.en_US
