The spinning factory of nylon filament yarn is planned to be built in Jatake, a sector in industrial area of Tangerang, with production capacity 1.230 tons in every year. This plan needs around 14.000 m2 of land, and 8.492 m2 of building. This is a continues spinning process, so it requires full day operation and 345 days in a year to reach the production target. Nylon filament yarn is one ofthe synthetic yarn that has high evenness, tenacity and elongation among the other synthetic yarn, so each process inside the system will be controlled to produce yarn with good quality named above. This mill will use One Step Process (OSP) of spinning system to produce yarn with 40-13-21Y4 as the yarn number, and use 1.408.500,864 Ofnylon 6 chip as the main material. The total capital ofthis factory is Rp.55.229.649.120,-, which is 55 % from the bank loan and the rest 45 % from own capital. From several calculation and analyze of Break Even Point (BEP), it can be concluded that the BEP of this factory is 57,15 %, SDP 18,8 %, ROI 28,5 % and the overall capital will be back after 3 years, 3 months and 22 days of operation.en_US
