    Abstract
    Pre-construction of Nitrobenzene factory has been planned to establish since 2006 on Cilacap of Central Java with capacities 125.000 Ton/year. There are three phases of the Nitrobenzene production processes which are from Benzene and Nitric acid, such as: the preparation of raw materials, the reaction phase and the purifying phase. The reactor that is used on the reaction phase is the Pipeline Reactor that has a stirring tank. It usesfour Pipeline Reactors which are arranged drawly at temperature 55°C, latm of pressure and it is run exothermically. Nitrobenzene is an important raw material that is used widely in fields, such as: industries of Pharmacy, Pesticide, Ester and Photography. To keep the smoothness of the processes is needed the utility means that support, such as: supplying waterfor refrigeration, supplying the steam and supplying the office necessity as much as 141.878 Kg/hour. The necessity of the electricity as much as 300 Kwatt and thefuel for generator as much as 5.501 liter/year. The establishment and the operation of Nitrobenzene is needed a constantfinancial as much as 785.592.346.248 rupiahs and a workfinancial as much as 258.253.946.742,00 rupiahs. Nitrobenzene factory has ROI before the tax as much as 50,88 %and after the tax as much as 25,44%. The time to return the POTfinancial back before the tax is as long as 1,98years and the POT after the tax is as long as 3,89 years. Whereasfor BEP as much as 50,88 %,for SDP as much as 29,99 %andfor DCFR as much as 26,64%. From the analysis ofthe economic advisability, it can be concluded that the Nitrobenzene factory is proper to be established
