| dc.description.abstract | The research of influence concentration of tragacanth binder to migration of vitamin B6 during
drying. This research purpose to know wether increase of concentration of tragacanth binder will
degrade the drug migration.
This research use vitamin B6 with the tragacanth binder with the different concentration, that is I
%, 2,5%, and 4%. Granul made by the wet granulation method , wet granul dried with the drying cell
at oven during five clock at temperature 80°C. Dried granul specified by spectrophotometer uv at
289 nm and calculated of migration coefficient.
Result of research showed the migration coefficient at concentration 1%, 2,5% dan 4% successively:
0,184; 0, 138 and 0,062. The result showed that the increase of concentration tragacanth binder of
vitamin B6 decrease the migration coefficient.
